Every spring and autumn, Rowhouse publishes a 64-page periodical — printed by letterpress, hand-bound, sent to 1,427 private libraries. Three of our 2025 sales originated through the periodical alone.
Period townhouses are 80% architecture and 20% real estate. Most listings reverse the ratio. We do not.
